We had this stove installed 18 months ago & already we are on our third glass!!! But apart from that we are completely satisfied with the Seb20. I would recommend this stove to anyone.

Stove expert replied: Is there a common reason for the failures of the glass as 3 seems excessive in an 18month period.

    The glass gets a cloudy surface....I have to open the door to check the fire!!!! PLEASE don't say to clean the glass, I use a glass cleaner especially for stoves.
