Review of Ecoboiler seb20
I have had this stove since 2009 connected via a neutralizer to my system that also has an oil boiler .Its beginning to age now, the front bars are bowing into the door catch, the feds are distorted and the glass has broken after a log only just touched it the glass was showing a slight crazing . All that said, a detached 3 bed house only costs each year £350 to heat in oil 9 bags of duck eggs at £17 each the rest is begged borrowed and stolen wood. The newer stoves have a new air feed easy boost built into the door this should not require the door to be open on start up.
Stove expert replied: For the bars and grates to distort quickly would normally imply that this stove has been over-drawn on more than one occasion (the glass crazing is also another symptom of this), it might be worth you getting a flue draught reading taken.
