Had this for two years. No problems.

Easy to control and we can keep a fire overnight if needed.

We've got the defra model.

Only issues I've found is its difficult to clean above the top brick. Shoot collects on the top of it and all the bricks need to be removed to clean. Probably same on other models anyway and ash collection tray doesn't seem wide enough.
