Review of Dowling Little Devil stove

Smashing little stove

Judy King 11 years ago

I've always used solid fuel, we're now enjoying our second full winter with the stove. This is a boiler model, not sure of exact heat output, but it heats two adjoining rooms and a big hot water cylinder. I've had cast iron models with firebricks before, much prefer the really thick steel which copes better with quick temperature changes. Really good value for money and the modifications we asked for were not expensive. Not a 'pretty' stove but very functional.

Stove expert replied: Looks are certainly not everything, good comments on this stove.
