Review of Clock Blithfield 5 and Compact 5 Stoves
Stove has cracked
My stove was installed approx 4 years ago. At the time of installation I was very happy with the stove as it performed really well, however the stove has cracked and when I approached the installer, R&S fireplaces of Crook in Co Durham, I was told that the stove carries a 7 year warranty, however as the stove was not registered the warranty was void. Very disappointing as I was not informed I had to register the stove.
