Very Smoky on opening door, Glass marks very easily, Colour changes on heating up.. not recommended

We bought this fire thinking for its price it would be a sound buy.

Within a few days after the initial burn period the glass was smoked up, handle gets hot too so use the glove, the colour has altered drastically (red stove), and please don’t me started on the smoke bellowing into the room when you reload it..

Followed all the advice in the manual, dry wood (kiln dried), it’s an absolute nightmare to the point at 3mths in I’m looking at another fire..

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SMELL LIKE YOUR FIRE
