Review of Clock Blithfield 5 and Compact 5 Stoves

Seldom reaches optimum temp

Heidi Tiplady 3 months ago

This stove came highly recommended and replaced our 14 yr old Tiger multiburner. However it has really disappointed us, and unlike the old Tiger, it very seldom gets above 200 degrees. It definitely favours wood, and our greatest success in reaching a high heat outpout is in plenty of wood... however, we prefer using smokeless ovoid coal, and it just doesn''t pack the punch that we need. Disappointed.
