We have had this fire for 3 years. We have had no problems with the fire, it's easy to light and control. We run it as a dual fuel and it is easy to keep running all day if needed. Ample heat for our large lounge and on many an occasion the centre piece for the lounge. Word of warning choose your installer very carefully.
