Noise from Charnwood C7

Just had this stove installed. Really like the look and output from the stove but there is an annoying clicking sound from the unit. Understand that there can be a noise due to the metal heating but thought this noise would be gone after the unit has heated up. However, it continues to give a clicking sound when new wood added or as the wood burns down it gives clicking noises. Trying to get this resolved as it is annoying.
