We bought this stove as we only needed a 5kw but wanted a larger firebox to fit decent sized logs in. Burns well and gives off plenty of heat. As suggested in other posts the ash pan isn't the full width of the stove so you get lots of ash in the bottom of the firebox. Really lacks a riddling grate that could be remieied easily I feel. Also I have found their customer service to be poor.
