Austroflamme rip off
I bought an Austroflamme Vita some years ago and had no problem until i needed a small spare part. The only distributor of parts for this stove is Kernow who demanded almost £70.00 in carriage costs for the part costing £19.95 and weighing less than 1 kilo. Kernow claim that they do not keep spare parts in stock so purchase an Astoflamme at your peril or be prepared to be ripped off in the future.
