Stove is definitely hot & very easy to light & control. The rough cast finish makes cleaning the externals a challenge. & emptying the ash pan is made a messy job due to the shallow area were pan sits. Leading to ash been dragged off the pan when emptying it. The fire also emits smoke into the room upon refuelling the fire.
