Review of Morso Badger stove

NOT THAT GOOD

Rodney Strain 14 years ago

Had this stove in one year now. Done a review on it when i first put it in, I liked this stove so much i opened my own stove shop selling morsos full range. Having these stove around me i got to know them inside out. build quility and the removable handle is good, But thats it. The air wash does not work, the glass will get dirty in a couple of hours burning. The stove is hard to control as you cant see how much air you are letting in for the secondary burn system. The stove is over priced and they got another 5% rise in jan 2010 plue the 2.5 vat. I changed my stove to s woodwarm fireview 6. This stove is so east to control, The air wash is outstanding, The glass stay clean for weeks on end. The efficieny is better than the badger and the built quility is top notch.

I ONLY BURN KILN DRIED ASH IN MY STOVE!
