Review of Hunter Herald 8 stove

Hunter Herald 8 Review

We are very pleased with the look of the stove and in general with the performance and quality of the stove, but there are some faults we have found with us using it a lot. The handle gets too hot to use without a suitably thick glove, the hinge pins ride up over time and must be knocked back in, and finally the upper heat deflection plate quickly becomes distorted with regular use, which eventually falls out and cannot be re-fitted due to being warped. Hunter have replaced this twice free of charge for us.
