Review of Esse 500 stove

Really pleased with this excellent little stove

I have had this stove for little over a week now, and it seems to get hotter every time I use it! Once the initial smell of burning paint has gone, the heat really begins to build up even with small fires! Logs burn right through without having to turn as I would have to with my previous open fire and completely break down to dust showing how efficiently this stove uses fuel and radiates the heat from the fuel used really well.\nThe window is nice and large for a good fire picture but can get slightly smoked up even with the airwash, but I think this may be down to the logs I have used more than the fault of the stove itself.\nThere is probably more of a science to getting this fire to burn overnight as I haven't tried it yet as banking it up makes it soooo hot, it's hard to get used to the heat it gives out even with a small fire!\nA great stove and highly recommended.
