Woodwarm Fireview double sided 9kw
I carried out loads of research into double sided stoves at one point favouring Hunter. However the build quality of the Woodwarm against the Hunter, feedback obtained both online and from tradesman pushed me to buy the Woodwarm. It was installed 3 months ago. We're coming into Winter and haven't put the heating on which is great. And the output from the 9kw stove heats two rooms, 1 large 1 smaller easily. I was worried that the power would roast the smaller room finding it difficult to get advice on choosing a kw that would fit the bill between 2 different room sizes. This hasn't been an issue and the controls on the stove work really well from either side. I knocked through a wall to allow the doublesided stove and its really made our house. Everyone comments on it as a feature. Only niggle - difficult to get it to burn overnight but not impossible. In reality its easy to relight and not a problem. Really well done Woodwarm, a Great British stove - and roll on Winter!!

Woodwarm 6kw double sided stove review
This is an excellent stove. Installed 18 months ago (Summer 07) so ahve had two winters' use.
The double sided feature is excellent providing you have sufficient depth of wall between two rooms to make it work. My specific stove only has air inlet adjustment on one side which is a drawback, but I've seen other wood-warms with the adjustment split 50/50 either side, which I think would work better, should I ever buy another one!
The airwash works well, althoguh it is critically dependant on achieving the right temprature. Some products don't burn hot enough, leaving sooty marks (such as DIY chip board off-cuts!), but get back to proper wood and all is fine shortly afterward.
The finish is excellent, and the overall appearance as a lounge/ dining room feature is excellent.
It can burn overnight if you load it to the gunnels with fuel and get up early to ressurect the fire, but its hard. Partly I think due to the size of the stove only being a 6kw. A larger one I feel could do better purely because one can load up more fuel, but I'm no expert so this may not be true.
Overall, would definitly recommend it, and would encourage anyone to seek to install a double sided stove if you possibly can! Its great!
