Went shopping for a large stove with the intention of having a hot room and wanted a clear view window not double doors. This stove fits the bill it's easy to operate & clean out & the flat top is ideal to boil a smaller kettle or a pan. I swapped a smaller Villager Flatmate for the Elite and have had only good experiences with it, I've had it for two years now and it heats a 4 bedroom house with no trouble at all.

Stove expert replied: Do not let the ash build up in the ash pan, it is best removed so that it does not touch the grate system.
