The Wamsler cooking range 1100 series is a big cooking range - this model has a 64.100btu boiler size - you can move the firebox up & down so that you can set the boiler size to anywhere betwen 10.000btu & 64.100btu. The heat can be taken around the stove or a baffle can be set to divert the heat around the oven - this gives the Wamsler boiler cookers quite a bit of flexibility.
