Review of Morso Squirrel Convector 1442 stove

Super Squirrel

Paul Doyle 14 years ago

I chose the modern looking 1442 convector because I have a small room and you can sit closer to it than a rediant type. It sits on a Morso glass plate on a wood floor and the double skin flu goes from the top of the stove straight up. It looks fantastic all the time but when burning it is difficult to get visitors to leave at the end of an evening because it is so cosy. I easily installed the Squirrel myself with the stovesonline dot co dot uk flu design service making it a surprisingly quick and simple job. It burns better and is easier to control than any other stove I've used over the years in rented cottages and you can tell technology has come a long way in the last few years in the multi-fuel stove world.
