Review of Merlin Midline stove

Aftercare Service

Sam Osborne 6 years ago

We chose the Merlin Midline due to its 4.8kW rating and capacity to burn larger logs. It is positioned to heat the living and adjoining dining room, it warms both rooms easily. It has been burning efficiently for over three years, however just this last week we had a problem with cracked plaster in the room above the stove; I was concerned with a faint smell of smoke coming through the crack. I called out a company for advice, I was immediately booked in for a visit the next day. The visit was very reassuring and confirmed the stove only required some minor tweaks to ensure it continues to burn efficiently, no safety issues. The same can't be said for my plaster, thats going to need renewing.

From providing information on purchasing stoves, installation, safety and aftercare service, I cannot recommend the supplier and their staff highly enough; a very satisfied customer for over three years. Many thanks.
