Review of Little Wenlock stove

We getting one in our new house

George Gilroy 9 years ago

Had our Little Wenlock for just over a year and we are very impressed. Seen the other comments about the air wash and cleaning the glass. Ours does not have air wash (but I had to tick a box) but stays fairly clean, we are only burning wood, if it does get dirty simply picking up some ash on a damp kitchen roll gets the glass easily cleaned. Heat is fantastic after early mistakes overloading fuel that had us opening the patio doors in mid winter. Using a wood plate makes wood burning more economical. Central heating is rarely used and our gas bill has seen a nose dive since we got the stove.

Do we like it? We are moving house shortly and a new Little Wenlock is one of the first items going into the house after we move in, so yes we do. Living in town with tall buildings around supplier recommended fitting a spinner on the chimney and this has worked very well.
