Review of Harmony 13 stove

shame about the controls

Lars 14 years ago

I've bought one of these lovely stoves some time ago and after 4 weeks I finally cut my losses and sold it half price on Ebay to somebody else that did not mind crawling around on the floor with an allen key in their hand trying to adjust the air flow!!! It's a real shame that Euroheat could not get this very vital part of any stove right. If the controls were easy to operate and the stove did not have the silly double glass that get milky after no time at all - then it would be a very good stove. My advise - stay well clear of the current range and buy a Stanford 80 or Harmony1 or 3 instead. These older versions (I've used them all) are made just as well and are far easier to control. The airwash on the older versions works better too and they are ca. 30% cheaper too. Good luck.
