Review of Fireline FP5 stove

Good stove, easy to get going

We've had an FP5 for two years now. I find it very easy to light and it quickly draws well and heats rapidly. Once I learned how to spot badly seasoned wood I've had no issues with getting it to burn well. Being a smaller stove, it likes to burn hot and fast otherwise it will cool too much when you put a large log on. It will easily take logs cut to 10 inch lengths; obviously smaller pieces will catch and burn quicker. No issues with door fogging etc as long as you leave the air vent a little open.
