Review of Fireline FP5 stove

Fireline wide

For many years we have toyed with the idea of getting a woodburner. So July 2013 we purchased this stove. We thought that the open fire gave out a descent amount of heat, that was until we installed the woodburner. WOW!!!! What a difference in heat output. The best of all is that our gas bill came through last winter and we had saved 2000kw off our bill. It is also great for cooking on the top of, my Husband has purchased a kettle and he has noticed that the electricity bill has been reduced by not boiling the kettle and using the heat of the stove so it's basically free energy to boil the kettle.

It is the best purchase that we have made, and had we realised how good the stove was then we would have purchased one year's ago. Please ensure when you put the logs or fuel on that you open the door fully, and not do as l did and try to put a log on with the door only partially open and caught my forearm on the door, it was so painful and also scared me so take heed!!!

The only thing left to say is enjoy your stove especially when you snuggle up in front of it when the cold nights start to draw in.
