Problems with flame sensing & flue blockage safety system

We have had a Firefox 5 gas stove for approximately 4 years and have had constant problems with the flame sensing & flue blockage safety system. We have had the flue swept and checked out with a smoke test which proved satisfactory. We had the shut off valve and flue blockage sensor replaced 4 months ago but the fire now will not light when the pilot light is on. Could you please give any advice on this fault.

Stove expert replied: It would be beat to contact the supplier/ manufacturer to get expert advice on this due to already replacing some of the parts on the stove.
