Review of Firebelly FB stove

Un-controlable looker

Eric Shepherd 12 years ago

Although it's a great looker the Firebelly is an uncontrollable heat blaster. Installed 4 yrs ago and very happy with the contemporary looks of the stove, the large firebox-sized door gives a great view of the fire. However, the top and bottom vents have a very limited effect upon airflow, consequently we tend to limit the heat output by controlling the amount of logs we put on it - not entirely satisfactory. All that said, because we only use it as a visual adjunct to heating, I can't say that I would never buy one again because I do really like the look of them.\n\n
