Review of Country Kiln Cathedral stove

Country Kiln

Pretty good stove for the price. Glass panels on the doors come loose occasionally and need to be adjusted. The method of attaching them to the doors could be improved. Stove purchased in 2009 and the grate has disintegrated already with moderate use. Seems to be made of inferior quality metal. \nCan send you a picture of it by e-mail if you want to show it with the review.\n\n

Stove expert replied: Try leaving a bed of ash to protect the grate and make sure the ash is removed regularly as this will also shorten the grates life!
