Clearview Vision 500 Stove - a complete revelation

Frank K 6 years ago

We have just had a used Vision 500 fitted for us by a local, reputable HETAS engineer. This stove has literally transformed a chilly, draughty 16th century farmhouse into a toasty and cosy place to spend winter evenings. The heat goes straight up the open stair case, turning an area which used to be chilly and cold into one pleasantly warm, like never before! We burn local beech wood which is plentiful around South Oxfordshire. The stove is economical and has a really good draw - it converts a heavy beech log into about 2 hours worth of intense heat energy! Why we didn't fit one of these decades ago is a mystery to me. They are simply brilliant!

Stove expert replied: Providing the wood is dry, well seasoned with a moisture content of less than 20% the heat generated should be high with efficient burning achieved.
