Review of Charnwood C 5 stove

Update to previous report

Cyril Bonnett 8 years ago

We have been using this stove all winter, to start with we left the grate in but as we had a stock of dried wood so we removed it.

The stove has been easy to light every time and gives out a tremendous amount of heat.

We have fitted a transom window above the door which allows the heat out into the rest of the house. All in all the biggest improvement to our heating, forget the cost to buy and install £2400, and its saved nearly £100 a month on our electric bill.
