We love our Burley!
Put simply this stove is brilliant!
We've had our Burley stove for 4 months now,
It's very easy to light and is incredibly efficient on the wood and really bangs out the heat.
Nice simple styling and solid build quality.
I would not hesitate in recommending this stove to anyone that is thinking about buying one.

Both its looks and performance are excellent. We use this in a dining room which doesn't get used too often. Within 15 minutes of light up the Burley Brampton 1908 stove is providing enough ambient heat to feel comfortable. HIghly recommended.

Reply to Stove Expert re cleaning ash ouy of Burley t3
We said in our review of the Burley T3 that we only cleaned out the ash every 3 months or so. The Stove expert recommends to clean the ash out every month, maybe on some other stoves but on ours there is hardly any ash after a month. Very pleased with our choice of stove. Thanks for a great web site.

Burley Brampton 8KW stove
After much research we chose this stove for its efficiency, its minimal industrial design, the air intake system and its great price and we are very happy. We have a very large open space to heat in a well insulated house and so far it is happily doing the job up here on Dartmoor at the end of October. It is our only form of heating! The efficiency is tremendous. In 3 weeks we have used as much wood as we previously used in 3 days! We find it easily stays warm enough overnight to simply light next day by putting paper and kindling on the hot embers which is what we want. So far we have had no problems with our door handle.

Burley t3 8kw stove
We have two of these stoves, and are very pleased with our purchase.We did a lot of research before buying some wood burners,these were supposed to be the most efficient wood burners at the moment,they are superb we ran them for three months before cleaning any ash out of them. The heat output is tremendous,the flame picture is outstanding,the build quality is very good,and its made the UK another plus point! The only minor criticism we have is with the door handle, it comes slack occasionally,it takes two seconds to tighten it up again. Highly recommended would buy again.We have only rated burning over night two as we don't burn it over night, its just a wood burner and not multi fuel and not designed to run over night
Stove Expert Replied: It is recommended that a stove be cleaned out monthly to insure the flue is kept clear, 3 months seems rather a long time!
