Bought this stove on its solid looks. Had it just over a week and are I'm very satisfied. It was easy to light and keeps in very well over night. It heats our room which is 22 feet long and
heats our hot water and six radiators. We have never had such hot water before. The ash it produces is very fine and we only need to empty the ash once a day. We cannot manage to keep the glass clean but that might be our fault. However it is easy to clean the deposits off with wet newspaper and ash. In a morning, after emptying the ash and riddling, I just open up the air controls and leave it for about ten minutes and then add one layer of egg nuggetts and its off to a lovely red glow. I keep the fire low while I am at work and then when I want the radiators on I just open up the airflow and the fire gets gowing. I am very satisfied and would definately buy another one. We did have problems to start with as our radiators were not getting hot at all BUT IT WAS NOT THE STOVE AT FAULT it was the fact that the radiators had air in them and had to be bled every day until the air was out of the system.Stoves Expert Replied: You may be shutting the stove down too low and this is why the glass does not stay clean, try in different settings to see if you get amy improvement.
