Review of Aarrow Signature 11 Stove

Wrong holes for boiler

Marc Dem 10 years ago

The stove came with the holes wrongly cut, so that the boiler would not fit into the stove. Also, the adjustable legs were missing and wrong fire bricks were supplied with the stove. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of my problems with Arada, the company manufacturing this stove. Even the printed instructions of how to set it up were wrong, and all the way, never an apology from the Arada customer "service", but rude and defensive emails and phone calls. The worst product I have ever bought, and the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Stove expert replied: The manufacturer offered to swap the appliance this was refused but they did make the customer a special boiler to suit.
